EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

In 2018, Pheme Consulting founded Empowerploy as a subsidiary but it was designed to become a standalone entity. At the end of 2021 that goal was realised. Today Empowerploy has been rebranded to EP-Exec.

EP-Exec is a Stakeholder Engagement company designed to serve project and property developments from inception and planning phases through to execution, and beyond into operations. Commercial or property developments such as shopping centres inherit multiple stakeholders, which may make or break a development depending upon how they are engaged with, by or on behalf of the developer.

We provide resources to enable developments to engage thoroughly, mitigate against any threats while forging winning and mutually beneficial relationships. This relationship ensures ease of work from inception to completion.

A further benefit and value of EP-Exec is our relationship building abilities (capabilities). We firmly believe in the integrity of creating strong, robust and economically stable communities. This extrapolates into forging relationships between local job creation and local businesses. We initiate this in all local project or property developments we become involved with.

Our proprietary database is a unique, world class system that seamlessly connects local businesses to local job seekers creating temporary, contractual or permanent employment opportunities. This adds greater economic value to the community.
