Project overview
Eyethu Shopping Centre is a retail development serving the Vosloorus community in Ekurhuleni. EP-Exec was appointed by Abland Property Developers to provide full stakeholder engagement services and to manage the local inclusion programme across the construction and commissioning phases.
EP-Exec conducted structured pre-construction engagements with community structures, ward representatives and local business forums. A Social Contract was signed with key stakeholders and the EP-Exec Accredit system was used to verify worker intake and SMME participation throughout the build.
