Project overview
Katlehong Crossing is a community-focused retail development serving the high-density township of Katlehong on the East Rand. EP-Exec was appointed by Abland Property Developers to manage all stakeholder engagement and local inclusion requirements from pre-construction through to project completion.
EP-Exec facilitated structured engagements with ward councillors, LCCs and the broader community before breaking ground. A Social Contract was established with all key stakeholders and the EP-Exec Accredit platform was deployed to verify local labour intake, SMME participation and local spend throughout the construction programme.
