Project overview

The Mall of Thembisa is a landmark retail development serving one of Gauteng's largest townships. EP-Exec was commissioned by Exemplar to deliver structured stakeholder engagement and verified local inclusion across the full construction programme.

Thembisa carries a high density of organised community and business structures. EP-Exec managed all community engagements before construction commenced, established the Social Contract with ward representatives and LCCs, and deployed the EP-Exec Accredit system for verified local labour and SMME placement throughout the build.
