Project overview
Phola Mall is a retail development anchored in the Phola township of Mpumalanga. EP-Exec was engaged to provide structured stakeholder engagement and to manage the local inclusion framework to ensure the project met its community and compliance obligations throughout the build.
EP-Exec managed pre-construction engagements with ward structures, business forums and community representatives in the area. A Social Contract was established before works commenced and the EP-Exec Accredit system was used to verify local labour placement and track SMME participation across the project.
