Project overview
Soshanguve Southview Shopping Centre is a community-focused retail development in the Soshanguve area. EP-Exec was appointed to manage stakeholder engagement, verified local inclusion and ongoing community relations for this development — building on established local knowledge and community relationships from prior EP-Exec projects in the same area.
The Soshanguve area presents a complex geo-political environment spanning two provincial boundaries. EP-Exec applied its established methodology, facilitated the Social Contract with community structures on both sides of the Gauteng and North West boundary, and maintained continuous on-site presence through the construction programme to ensure community stability and verified local inclusion.
